Aims and Scope

The Korean Journal of Applied Biomechanics (Journal name before editing- Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics), launched in 1991, is the official journal of the Korean Society of Sport Biomechanics. The abbreviated title is KJAB. The Journal focuses on studies and reports on all aspects of applied biomechanics to provide comprehensive scientific bases for sports biomechanists, physicists, engineers, and sports scientists. It publishes invited reviews, original articles, case reports, technical notes, and letters to the editor.

All contents of the KJAB are freely available on the Web. Digital files can be read, downloaded, and printed for free. Scientists or researchers throughout the world can submit manuscripts that cover topics within the scope of the Journal. Only manuscripts that are original, have not been published elsewhere, and are not currently being considered for inclusion in another publication will be considered for publication in the KJAB.

The KJAB is published with online in real time after confirmation of publication.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are peer reviewed.
The KJAB is indexed on the Korea Science and Google Scholar Web sites. Manuscripts should be submitted via the online Web site (http://neoses-jsb.isway.co.kr/).
